Q: How to obtain the Synreal Sim installation package and a trial account?
A: If you want to use on MuJoCo and Newton, please send an email tosales@style3d.comproviding your organization name and GitHub username. We will then send you the download link and trial account credentials.
If you want to use on Unreal Engine, pleaseclick hereto start free trial.
Q: What are the compatible system environments for Synreal Sim?
A: Operating Systems: Windows and Ubuntu 20.04 (or above). Python Versions: Python 3.10 to 3.12.
Custom Requests: If you require installation packages compatible with other environments, please contact us.
Q: How to start learning Synreal Sim?
A: We recommend starting with the examples we provide on Github. We offer concise and easy-to-understand API usage demonstrations to help you get up to speed quickly.
